Hit the two listed at the bottom, mission wasn't completed. Then read above and it had Awaken listed as well, but not below in the instructions for the mission. Once I hit Awaken the mission completed.

But anywho, they're -sOldier- and Awaken. Rough up both of them--maybe they'll take their Bonnie and Clyde show to some other city. Now get moving will ya? And close the door on your way out.
