Fairly new player, still learning / reading so please bear with me. Stats currently are Man 314, End 448, Int 126.
I want to work on getting Int up a bit - what is the best type of company to work for to start to grind it up?

a company will only boost your stats if you find one willing to train you. If you are super new to the game it would be wiser to pursue one of the job tracks and get the end bonus. They can be very beneficial. But as for which company would be best, doesnt matter, a small one because a large one wont take you with thats like that
A 1* with nil pay is fine, just want to know which track will give me some INT each day, more than the NPC jobs
Clothing shop, Fireworks, Candle shop, Lingerie may be able to help you out. The Educational job track will help with all the stats as well.
Clothing store is your best bet if you can swing it.
Focus your education courses on int as well, the more efficient you are at the job the higher the stats you gain.
