I have the mission place a bounty on X. Wait for bounty to be collected. Attack the person who claimed the bounty. 
  • Put a bounty on Jendobot
  • Wait for the bounty to be fulfilled
  • Attack the person who claimed the bounty
Someone hospitalized Jendobotand earned your $100,000 bounty reward

No ID was listed and it was not crossed off that The bounty was collected.

I got the same mission and also the same issue; 
  • Put a bounty on VladTepesh
  • Wait for the bounty to be fulfilled
  • Attack the person who claimed the bounty
bright hospitalized VladTepesh and earned your $500,000 bounty reward
 
Can't be that a person has to be bounty more than once to fulfill the mission
