Right now we are crediting the honor if you already had 100 or more one hit kills, I am waiting for confirmation from Ched.

Edit: fixed, now should work like described in announce.

Yea I mean Ched just got that wrong tho. It doesn't really matter what triggers it if you've already achieved it honestly does it, otherwise the award might as well be for achieving 1 one-hit-kill.
