My favourite part is preparing my 3 children’s Christmas boxes on Christmas Eve and really getting them excited for the magic of Santa coming and delivering presents. Special sparkly dust outside so Santa can see our house and of course mince pies and carrots for Santa and the reindeer.

In my country, we celebrate at crowded area like people park, stadium and huge space.

Christmas seems to bring out the best in most people, people become more giving, tend to be more family oriented and loving over the Christmas time. We dont have snow, but we make the best of our African Christmas.

Most people think that this time of year is about giving and receiving presents from Family and Friends. To me its spending time with my Wife and Children; decorating the outside of the house with their favorite lights, driving an obnoxious distance just to pick out and cut down the perfect tree for the house. Could we have just went to the Christmas Tree lot down the street, of course we could have, but then we would have missed out on singing Christmas carols and laughing together. Life is too short to care or worry about the materialistic things in this world. I'm going to enjoy every waking moment with my Family! For Family is what holds the true Spirit of Christmas!
I'm from Hong Kong so we don't get snow or blizzard. Neither do we celebrate with awesome ornaments and feasts.
But I do enjoy the public holidays that come with it. I guess that's my favourite part about Christmas :)

Cold weather plus festive atmosphere. You know it's time to have some drinks and have fun with friends when the weather is cold.
Ahh the best part is hangout with my friends, get some foods and spend my time with them.

Favorite part of this time of year is being able to take my kids out in the snow and see the joy and happiness on their faces playing with snow and sledding
