Im 2 days in, very new, what is the best way to gain MAN and END stats some jobs require tens of thousands of points and i am just trying to figure out how to get there. Thanks you in advance...

It's just time and patience...you're level 3 so see if you can find a company with an active director that trains.

You can also consider buying trains, but they can be quite expensive.

If you don't want to buy trains, sit in Education job

Education courses give work stat gains,

you could consider doing all the 1-week long starter courses first, and if you find a faction that shares the stocks to reduce education times even better, also spending merits on reduced education time is smart for lots of reasons, lots of perks in ed courses

you may also be able to find a job at a Fitness Center where you can trade job points to reduce ed times, and maybe the director there will train you up at the same time

work stats are slow at first, but then you’ll see a boom after you get a company job since a director can “train” you, giving 50 to primary job stat and 25 to secondary.

good advice about doing the 1-week starter courses ^. doing general ed courses other than driver's ed is not a good idea to start with. just stick with the army job if you want MAN gains
