how do you unlock the 3x shot, (if it even exists) and does the spinner at the beginning of the match actually have anything to do with where the bullet is or is it just for show?

I was told the 3x shot is unlocked after winning a certain amount of money, though it could just as well be unlocked after a certain amount of games played as well, not sure but it does exist, I have it. And some believe where the bullet lands is an indicator of the outcome I personally believe that it isn’t the main factor but does play a part in the algorithm.

Win 100 games of RR and you’ll have the option to do triple shots.

The little animation at the start is purely for visuals sake, nothing in torn ever relies on the visuals. It’s like the wheel in the sense that it doesn’t matter when you click stop on the wheel, it’ll land on something that’s generated from some code. Same with RR, no matter which chamber it stops in on the visuals, it’s just some random code that decides. I’ve played a decent bit of RR and can say that it hasn’t helped me at all to predict games.

of course there's a chance of losing in the three shots. The number of shots you take doesn't play a part in which chamber the bullet is in. If you shoot twice or three times you are more likely to lose, and a dumbass.

There are some scenarios where shooting twice is neutral to the expected outcome.  That being said I agree with your general premise :P

Some scenarios* yes, but on average []

*tbh having tracked the Round N shots for over a year I still believe there is a slight bias to some chambers and thus double shooting always hurts you but that's just my tinfoil hat because of course it'd be nonsense with truly random bullet placement >.>
