Can not walk under the pipe.

That pipe looks like you should be able to walk under it, it's an overhead pipe, not a ground level pipe, at least visually.

I got it now. The spot did not look passable. I didn't try to squeeze through it because there are problems navigating just normal corners and there were objects in adjancent tiles..
