I was wondering if we could add a botton in settings to opt out on bounty Events like this one.

### hospitalized ### and earned your $$$$ bounty reward.

It can get annoying when you get Spammed with these messages especially when they get out of hospital and back in within 2mins.

What do you think?

I like events even if they are pointless, but that's just me.
