i had 1,000 points yesterday. This morning I got an event notice that 250 points have been added for my donor status renewal. For some reason I now have only 750 points.

Are you sure you did not use points before this?
This seems like a cut and dry activity log for point use issue

what i can see is
you had 640 last night
if you get 75 you get 715
which is what you are at currently
however im going to pass this to trainee to double check, as my tool seems to be missing an entry or two

I’m not certain. I thought I kept 1000 points Banked, but if records show that I didn’t that’s fine. I know I’ve been selling a lot of them recently. Maybe I’m just confused?
It does all look correct to me, you are right in that you did have 1000 points however it appears you sold an amount to go below this.
