· 3 likes · I'm a SSL user, its inferior gains to xanax but still not too bad. Post cap gains is 2.9m a day where as on xanax you get approx 3.8m a day.
I am curious if there is any information on unlocking this gym and then losing it if you go over the allotted drug use amounts. Can you lose access once you have unlocked it or once you unlock it do you have access forever?

yes, jjust like with any other special gym, when you no longer meet the requirements, you lose access. You'll still have it "unlocked", but you won't be able to train there.
The only possible reason to go SSL in today's game is that you're so incredibly poor (and plan on staying that way) that you cannot afford Xanax and rehabs.
If you only play Torn for the forums and chats and to sit on the bounty board, if you have no intentions of traveling and trading, mugging, or anything else that earns money, then sure. You'll be going drug-free anyway if you're that poor, so might as well shoot for SSL.
Of course, unlocking the SSL costs $500M, which might prove a challenge to your budget training plan.
That's kinda my point. Even 1 Xanax a day will pretty much make you nearly immune to rehabbing. Since the addiction decay is actually rather good. Only time you'd rehab is on an OD to refill your happy. SSL users are blind to this fact tho, they always claim, "Oh, but I can use cans!"... Even the cheaper cans are 3x the cost of a single Xanax and provide 1/5th the energy. Xanax users can also use cans... So you're not getting anywhere compared to using Xanax.
If you have a 100% mission to play torn drug free... Hey power to ya... Everyone plays their own game. But if people are thinking SSL is the way to the top, they are extremely misguided.
