Your job points stays within the same company type so you dont need to transfer your points.

Say you are in Sweet Shop A with 1000 job points. If you then join Sweet Shop B, you will still see your 1000 job points.

 

Oh just as extra info, if you jump from SweetShop A (with 1000 job points) to say...Adult Network A (now you have 0 job points because it is your first time working in Adult Network), and subsequently jumps to SweetShop B, you will still have the same 1000 job points there.
