I'm probably totally missing an aspect here, but this seems odd to me so here goes. We have 2 territory wars:

These are identical in all categories (sector, size, density) and therefore same daily respect. CWG gets 18 slots to join, UMD get 14. I admit I have no idea what this is based on, but if they are identical blocks how can this be different?

they are fairly identical on the map, simply one has a larger building than the other

ill pass it to ched to have a wee look and see if he thinks one should be changed

The blocks looked identical to me, I didn't realize there were different size categories within the 'medium' size. Fair enough if it's as designed.

On the map the sizes are pretty much identical right enough 

It would be near impossible to tell without pixel measurements

Adding the slots is a good solve
