If you attack CPU characters that you get from missions, do you get less EXP?
I have a CPU that is about 10 levels ahead of me and he is really easy to beat. If I keep on beating him up, do I get the same EXP as attacking normal human players that have higher levels than me?
What do you mean by "CPU characters"? Can you provide a link to one that you think is a CPU?
Most of the characters you get from missions (with the possible exception of a couple that you receive during George's missions at the start of the game) are former players that simply haven't logged in for many days and owe Duke money. These characters will provide the exact same amount of EXP as any other player, as they are just like other players. Occasionally you may even run into a situation where one of your mission targets signs back in after a lengthy period of inactivity (this happened to be a few months ago), which can make things slightly awkward.
The only true NPC characters in the game are the likes of Duke, Scrooge, chedburntest100, etc, who are all controlled by admins and aren't actually players. Other than that, everyone is a real player, they just may have been inactive for years.

Based purely on speculation on the age of your account etc, I think you may be talking about inactive targets you get given by duke? Like others said before me the only Npcs up That exist a like duke, scrooge etc. You'll get exp relative to the level of the target you are attacking and what you choose to do if you win said attack :) (hope this helps)
