One of the questions I got was:

Which Country has America never been at war with?

Britain, 

France,

Japan

 

The "Correct" answer is France, but that is wrong. The Quasi-War , if you aren't counting the French-Indian war.

Yeah, I was looking into it more too, it just bothered me. lol, but maybe that's the point

Could be that even based on the wiki it was an "undeclared war" idk. Guess i learned something new.

Maybe just changing the wording to “never declared war on?” And then, if there’s a confirmation dialog for a correct answer (I don’t remember, it’s been a long time), you could consider including a tidbit that while there was a war with France, it wasn’t technically declared. Then we could start tagging Torn as an educational game.

That could work, lol. My idea was Switzerland or Sweden (edit: because neutrality). But I like the "declared war on" idea better

i agree with the above, replacing it with the ''never declared war on'' sounds pretty good
