You could try reading the Faction Discussion forum, but my suggestion is to focus on training and not worry about factions for a good long while.

While in the past relentless have done things that are against the rules now, they werent then
they have used very creative scripts, and plans, to take advantage of things in torn that were set up in a stupid way,
bit game breaking yes, but in all honesty they were just taking advtange of systems in place, and stopped when it wasnt allowed/ removed
they get alot of crap about stuff like that
overall for the most part they play pretty well, but that "sketchy " behaviour rubs people the wrong way, they also like to be the anti-establishment faction, which creates good back and forth with the other hof factions, so some of the shit talk is just friendly competition
