Where can I get licence to drive please
You can get your driving licence in education under "General Studies". Course is named "Driving Licence". Also, that course takes two weeks to be finished, costs $1500.
The racing license used to enter races is different than the driving license used for certain crimes.
Racing license = obtained for points in points market
Drivers license = obtained through a general education course, needed for arson crimes
