Quick context: I keep seeing people start training books with no planning whatsoever, no 3 Xanax a day, no daily refills, no FHC/cans. Ouch.
Soooo. I decided to make a brief explanation on potential book gains. Not guaranteed to be the same for everyone, your mileage may vary!
In any case, you could use maximum boosters or not, I've come to notice people's perspectives on books vary a lot. Budget vs quick progress, and so on.
Note: this is for capped stats.
Now, now. If you have any base numbers from the ones people gave me on calculator, please let me know, so that I can look into it!
The first sheet is just useful data you can look at if curious, the base over which the rest can be calculated.
Second sheet includes those predictions for some books, with the listed assumptions for maximum gains. If you want any book gains calculated for that page, also let me know!
Third is where the good memes go, though. Calculator!
Remember this is an estimate. Wasting natural e, overdosing, getting MCS boosts, etc. can make gains be lower or higher in that time period.
Here's how it works!

To calculate your potential book gains:
- Select which gym you would be training in.
- Select which job you would use for it.
- Select the book to be used (+20% or +30% ones).
- Check that box if you'll be using sports sneakers (only applicable for training speed).
- Input the energy to be used every day.
And yes, this can also calculate Ugly Energy and -50% cooldown / +50% e drinks energy book gains, just set the book to "No book" and input the proper amount of energy.
Here's an example, inputting some numbers:

And as I said at least two other times, let me know if there's anything to add!
P.S. Checkbox added so that Harley could stop dying over lack of sports sneakers math.
