Within the trading page, it mentions this sentence once the trade is accepted, "Any modifications made to the trade will cancel the accept". I don't think that makes sense :P

It makes sense in terms of the trade mechanics, although it's grammatically shaky.
Perhaps something like "Any modifications to the trade will reset the accepted status and the other party will have to review and accept the trade again" would work better?
