I would like to be able to possibly pay the up keep in advance, this would not be a way to hide cash.

So for example  your rent is 100k per day instead of having to go and pay it daily or ever few days you can deposit a sum of cash in to the property rent and the rent is deducted each day or you can get it upkeep  free for the duration that the cash lasts.

On top of this their would be a maximum amount that you can deposit in to the rent to about 15/20m

Once you have deposited the cash you can not withdraw it

You would not be able to deposit more than the rent due by the end of your rental period

What happens when you have staff employeed in your property?

What happens if you want to sell the house which you’ve paid rent in advanced on?

What happens if you want to fire the staff in property?

What happens when you want to upgrade your house with rent already paid? (Buying upgrades for the house, don’t they add to rent?)

Would spouse be allowed to pay the rent in advanced if they are living there? (Spouse can already pay the fees).

1) Thats included I assume
2) Either a refund or you lose the money due to your bad planning, up to OP
3) It just takes off less each day
4) It takes off more each day
5) Maybe. Up to OP

Cost of the total upkeep including all staff

If the property is sold your cash that was put in for the rent could be transferred to the new property or a 50/50 split to cash return and rent for new property.

It will reduce your rent and extend the days you have for your up keep

It would increase your rent and reduce days of up keep paid

Yeah spouse will be able to make payment to but only to the maximum limit so if the limit was set to 20m and I had 12m in the rent my spouse could only deposit 8m
