Bump. Its started to happen when pages first load up. However after page loads 100% it stops.

I just had this happen again. In a market abroad, clicked on an item near the bottom of the list, opening its info window. But then clicking it again to close it creates some kind of coding paradox (ie: jitter). Scrolling up stops it.
