Where does one gain access to hacking player companies and what is the percentage of cash, in the hacked company, that the hacker can obtain?

Where does one gain access to hacking player companies and what is the percentage of cash, in the hacked company, that the hacker can obtain?
You need to be in a 5* software company, it costs 250 job points and gives a low percentage (I think 3%?). It's not all that great of a special, most companies that have any amount worth stealing would have protection.
1-3% I think so really not so good.
but companies don't have mug protection so if you find a goldmine and have the job points...
Edit: By that i mean if you find a company that you can hack (director doesn't have SYS BB) you can hack it repeatedly if you have enough job points.
It costs 250 job points in a Software corp, based off the cash in the bank it's 1-3% so it's not worth it at all. Work for an AN shop and get those stats!

It's truly powerful special that the casual community of torn hasn't noticed yet. as you can see here old and experienced players don't understand how powerful it is.
My hacks are generally in the range of 100-300 mil. 310 mil being my best.
300m divided by 25 days for 10*...

I suspect some underhanded information gathering. Getting 100m-300m can be around 4m a day or 12m a day... That's a lot ton leave to chance. I suppose it's the best straight up cash special though besides arresting people.
