There is a clear warning right at the top of the page, unfortunately staff will not refund bookie bets.

I don't have an android device and hence can't try that myself, but the warning is also clear on the iOS app, so it's hard to imagine it's not present just on the android app.
The message is present on Huawei p9 lite with android 7.0
