Mine is the Moscow Mule.
Simple. Elegant. Delicious.
And the overwhelming nature of ginger beer means you can make it a double, or even a triple and still cut the harsh taste of alcohol.

i dont think its a cocktail, but grateful dead's are pretty good

As for mine, its a simple mix of vodka, ginger beer and lime juice.
I had a banoffee old fashioned the other week was so good!
Margaritas are generally great.
