If you have sorted bazaar and add extra items from a type which you had before but was sold out at some point - it used to go to the same position (more or less). If you were adding unique items (weapon, armor) or something you never had listed in your  bazaar they used to go on the bottom of your listings.

Since the last week if you add new items to your bazaar they always go on the bottom - no matter if you had them before or not.

Not sure if it is a bug or intentional change but it wasn't announced at least.

There was a fix that was made here, but for some reason never made it into the Patch List posted by Chedburn:

I believe the intended function is for items and unique listings (weapons, armour) that you do not already have in your bazaar (regardless if you've had them in your bazaar before) will add to the bottom, but items you do currently have in your bazaar will just increase amount and change the price.

Fixed, will be with next LIVE.
So when adding grouped items (like drugs and other) which already sold from your bazaar, new will be added at the same position. If it is new item for your bazaar it will be added at the end of list. 
Unique items (like weapons) will be always added at the end of list
