With the addition of bounty reasons, makes sense that the reason text be included in the bounty icon hover text of the bountied person.

Would bring more visibility to the feature, so you won't have to go dig in bounty page for the reason someone was bountied.

If original text could be shortened,  could also include the name of the person who placed the bounty.

In that case, maybe it should be given an option to be public/private.

Public if you want everyone else to view the message

Private if you want only the person you have bountied to view the message.

You can just send the person a message after you bounty them... either direct or anonymous (after completing the edu), so making bounty reasons private seems unnecessary.

I think this needs to address how the tooltip looks if someone has multiple bounties with different messages. I'm not sure what it currently does.

Becomes little complicated to put all that info in. Unless you have a really smart way to do it... .
