1.) No one had got big enough balls to drop a DB 

2.) everyone is too big of a miser to drop one.

3.) had it been old torn economy by now 3-4 DB would have been dropped till  now.

I will let you know i feel about people dropping dirty bombs when it happens, i'll wait..

Edit: ok I waited, and in the end DB is meh did not affect me much
