but somehow i receive the notification around 03:42, maybe something worth a look.

i use android and my torn apps version 0.2.13

It may have been something on your end, preventing the notification?

Idk, but the internet connection already running for at least 3 hours before i received the notification.

i think it no longer an issue, tried 3 times and the notification came after 1 - 2 minutes when the energy bar is full.
