Just went to check on my properties and found that they are all out of order .....  trailers listed next to PI's etc

While this is not a major problem it is confusing for my brain :)

Hrm..

Could we have like the item page and be able to filter on those things?

Personally I prefer Living, Owned, Rented - if its rented out I don't want to see it tbh. I'm only interested in ones I can sell or rent again

Are you saying order all properties by 'Owned', and then 'Everything else'. Then have a separate tab at the top called "Rented"?

Showing rented properties at the end would surely confuse things further.

I preferred it the way it was - all properties of the same sort grouped together whatever their status .
I have several renters that stay with me all the time and I have to make sure that I have an empty property for them to move into when their current lease is over so that they can move seamlessly without losing happy .

The way it is ordered now I have to scroll through all the rented props to see what I have vacant instead of them all beng on the same page .

It would be very nice if we could order them ourselves , as we can bazaar items , as it is obvious what suits one person does not suit another .

I’d have icons for each property type (like item types) and then some fancy filter options like

hide leased

hide on market

hide empty

make them nice little on/off things so I could hide two sets..

so then when I want to lease out spare ranch’s I can hit the ranch icon, then hide on market and leased

or joe bloggs can go find all his leased castles to work out how many days until one comes up..
