Bookies bug

At least while this continues my networth looks a little better than when it gets sorted lol

Hi, since 2 days i have not got any notification of bookies ...Yesterday i place a bet of 10mil on the Holstein Kiel v Augsburg match. But i still have not received any winnings. Please fix it

Day 3 - Still no money being paid out in the bookie. Considering this game revolves around money, this is kind of a big issue but it isn't what is grinding my gears here.

There are threads all over looking for the same answers. PAYING CUSTOMERS, all with the same issue, all with the same questions, looking for an answer. Why can't we get one? Too much pride in the staff offices to admit they screwed the pooch? 

The whole system can crash, we could all lose billions. Yet that would still be less of a kick too the junk than keeping us in the dark like how you are doing.

• multi was 1.91x when I bet on Adelaide 36ers to win with spread
• match ended with a win, bookie has not updated yet :(

Lol why let it get to 3 days. Do something useful with your staff time and just pay it out manually. Go look up the matches, who won, And get it manually paid out. 

 

This bit doesn't include me, but you're preventing some people from access to their only funds and since this game revolves around money. (Better gym gains, rehab, everything), you're sabotaging their daily game.

I have a bet tied up, but not a huge sum. However for those with much more resources than me must be spitting feathers!

Be nice if we just had an update in regards to what the issue is....

Only Kopites can help, general staff can’t just lookup results and send out thousands of payouts, it would be a logistical nightmare.  In the scheme of things 3 days is not actually that long.  I realise many people here were born between 1982 and 2000 (they’re millennials) and 3 days is 4 weeks in human time, but seriously just all calm down.  It’s a game, you’ll get your fake pixel cash soon enough.  Go out and walk the dog, mow the old lady next doors lawn, get a girlfriend.  Ffs.

When all your liquid capital (be it not much) is tied up for over 48 hours.. its long... mans gotta buy xannies and points etc

It's the lack of updates. People pay REAL money towards this game. Doesn't matter if it is 1 dollar, 100 dollars or a thousand, we are paying customers and some sort of Customer Service in a timely manner really isn't asking a lot.

As far as your list of other activities one can do. A meter and a half of snow combined with -45°C(into the -60s for those who know about windchill), wifeys pregnant and I've beaten RDR2 twice. Torn is the only thing left to do.
