Would it be possible to add a clock showing TCT to the banner or some where so that it is more effective to co-ordinate with people in other time zones around the world

There is the clock at the bottom of the left navigation bar:

It also follows UTC time, so you could likely find countdowns or timers that are set to that.
Or did you have something else in mind though? Could you explain more what you mean?

I think what he wants is a clock at the top of the page and a bit bigger.. Easier to see...
