UPDATE FEBRUARY 2019:

I have officially stopped getting jailed at 60 nnb and regaining over and over. It's too time consuming and frustrating to constantly sit on this boundary, as well as excluding me from higher OC's. My numbers are 'close enough' at this stage, and I won't be re-doing them unless someone or multiple other people want to help me and do the same thing. I won't be making any more updates to this guide in the near future unless things change or glaring mistakes are identified. Thanks for all the support and comments!
