I fighted this guy, although in last attack we both hit and i died and instead of giving me continue button to attack log it told me i couldnt attack him as i was in hospital

Screenshot link is not working. However I believe you are talking about your last fight. Most likely there was a delay with attack polling request and it made a page refresh - you can always check the fight log in your last attacks section at home page.
