I was just wondering what specific upgrades on a pi do. For the most part i assume that it is just a happiness increase but i wanted clarify, specifically regarding the medical facility and yacht. Is it just a happiness increase or is the airstrip and vault the only things that makes a difference other than happiness?

Medical facility adds 1% life regeneration
Airstrip 30% travel reduction and 10+ item storage. Also no cost to travel
Yacht just adds happiness.

The pool and range are the same as other properties.
