is empty space an efficiency issue

Very circumstantial, but could be detrimental to other 9. Sometimes you're better with one less.

i fully agree, my CLA currently makes 1m more daily after 1 staff quit and i have 14/15 running since Monday... cleaner is 80% base efficiency + (manager 108%) btw

hi all, quick question.

if my company has room for 10 employees, but i only employ 9 does this adversley effect efficeincy (when compared to having capacity for 9 employees)

in other words, does a company with 9 employees and capacity of 9, perform the same as the same 9 employees with a capacity of 10?

so the real question - is it better to have an inefficient cleaner vs an empty spot?

Imo its better to have a warm body than an empty seat. Even if that means 0 work stats.

Digs is right... Empty slot isn't going to perform as well as a plugged hole xD

Correct but 9 performs as well as 9 with a empty space.

That was the original question.

Right please correct me if I'm wrong, due to my brain not working right now. But couldn't having an ineffective employee lower the effectiveness/efficiency of the company and lower the companies performance over all? (Unless you've a manager to even everything out)
