In my opinion, it all depends on the artist and the quality. Most people pay for what they get and if you are an artist you should charge for your worth. Once you are finished with the product and it doesn't come out a good as most of the artwork you create you can always give a discount on it.

R+ some CnC, I would recommend altering the text, perhaps use clipping mask if you're using photoshop, to make the text better flow with the image and stock.
