I bet 2.2m on the Lakers vs Pelicans game scoring less than 243.5 and the total amount of points in the game was 232 but i didn't receive my winnings instead its told me that i made a bet on something else that lost

Under +231.5 is what you actually placed the Bet on. The odds and handicaps update LIVE while the game is in progress. However, if you hover over the red (or green) banners next to your Bet, it will show what you placed on.
