So I apllied to a faction some time ago in hope to getting accepted into the faction but never got a response, now I am not able to apply to other faction due to the fact that one faction doesnt respond to my application and prevents me from applying to any other faction.

Go to the settings page, upper right corner, then management, you can cancel your app there

should be able to withdraw your application from there
