How does weapon experience work? My macana exp is at 78%, so do I get increased dmg when I reach 100% or does it increase based on %?
And approximately by how much does the stat increase?

I have read somewhere that 100% weapon exp increases accuracy and damage by 30%. Don't have a source for you though.

last hitting with the weapon you are trying to level up is the quickest way to get to 100%. 

damage/accuracy is a really huge increase and merit wise it's one of the few you must have at 10/10 as weapon/accuracy scale a lot harder then battle stats however most players don't dump merits into mastery from not knowing this as well as that it's right up there next to the life merits in terms of strength.
