The person who told me about torn is named badninja12, i would like to remove him as my referral source as he is extremely toxic, a buymugger, scammer and will not give ANYTHING when i reach every 10 lvl. Insults me and bounties me. If this is possible please do, thanks.

I really don't think that's how it works. You can simply hold your level or self fed and restart, if you don't wish for him to enjoy perks he is going to get with your progress. But you are 150+ days old. So self fedding maybe a mistake. So maybe you should level hold.
It will set a bad precedent if staff removes the referral because you two had a fight. Let's assume in future you two make up and then you will create another report to put the referral again. So maybe you should resolve this without bugging the staff, since there is nothing being done by him that's against rules.
