I have 8k army points. Wondering what would be the best way to use them ( seen some things about boosting happiness first )?

If you're General ranks I'd say sell spy reports.
Spies are meh imo. Use them all at once on defense I think, not sure about happy
Happiness don't matter when the gain is from job points. So just exchange them all.
However, if you haven't got the merit. Sell some spies before exchanging the rest to stats and move on to a new job.

Doesn't the happiness boost give a bigger gain from the job points tho? That's the way it used to be..?
Not that I know. Happiness matter when you train e in the gym. That's where happier means bigger gains.
