How do i earn respect for my faction???

Beat people up
Every time you attack someone and win you will earn respect, which increases if your faction is in a chain or territory war. Also by logging in every day you will be available for faction leaders to use in Organised Crimes, which can also give a small amount of respect to the faction
Also: work hard on safe crimes and getting your natural nerve bar (NNB) up so you can be included in a variety of organized crimes (OCs) within the faction, that very slightly help to increase respect as well.
Not particularly relevant to you at your age, but just for thoroughness: You can join a TV Network and (in my opinion) waste your job points on a special called Propoganda which adds 1 respect per job point used.
But what was said above, you can pound on people and leave them on the street or hospitalize them for considerably more respect on a regular basis.
