Stealing at the hospital while being abroad

Since I was just mugged abroad, following thought came to my mind:

What if you, equal to selfbusting out of jail, would have the possibility to try to steal morphine at the hospital at the cost of half of your nerve bar to get out of the hospital/reduce hospital time when being abroad?

That wouldn't change much when being hospitalized abroad since one morphine doesn't do much, but if you just got mugged you at least have the chance to leave early.

You can steal medical items as a job special , so it would kinda make that special pointless

I didn’t meant to say that you can steal it as an item, but for direct use to get out of the hospital. I will edit the post to make it more clear
