So, somebody I don't know came up in my event tab. Apparently they, me and another are going to blackmail somebody else I don't know, and I can't see a way to say yes or no... What's happening?

It's an organised crime that was made by your faction. You and a selected other players will go through a blackmail crime and you will either fail or succeed depending on your crime experience. You don't have to do anything during the process, but you can't be in jail/hosp/traveling when the crime is close to happening otherwise it will not start.

It's a faction organised crime which if successful will gain your faction respect and a little money, you won't have to do anything as it will be initiated by your faction leader or those with the permission.
