Do we have an exact time to wait after the exception has been thrown or is it still "a short period of time"?

Last i know you have 60 calls a Minute
BUT calls are cache for 29 seconds, so doing the same call within that 29 seconds will return the same data
so if your trying to follow a chain with 5-second intervals you be wasting your time and calls
The whole thing is a mess

When the cache was implemented it was changed back to 100 a minute.
As far as I know it's a 15 minute wait (not sure on this).
I do requests every 30 seconds to avoid wasting calls on cached results.

I didnt see that post, only the 60 calls, if you can link me to it
the cache was changed to 29 seconds here > Patch list #90 : 16/04/2019 so you can do calls every 30 seconds safly
Edit:
actually I can't find anything about the 100 calls
Only this
