Why do i keep getting played in attacks?

Everytime I run up on someone my attacks damn near always miss. Its rediculous. I got decent guns and train my accuracy. But somehow I got into a fight and manage to miss every shot including a grenade. How does that even happen?

and beware of drug influences - they add a negative percentage modifier to your stats while theyre in effect

It means your speed is not high enough compared to their dexterity. What weapons are you using? You can also use a pepper spray against them which will reduce their dexterity enough to let you hit them.

Train speed, buy an armalite or dbk, and use a pepper spray.
