Waiting for the good bit of your suggestion, all I've seen atm is "would be good if you all got f**ked and wasted a load of your time and had to restart some shit again".

Not a very good suggestion since it's just making the game harder or almost unplayable for druggies without any perks or benefits to offset the risks.

This is a crime game, with drugs as a major part of it.

This suggestion does not work, at all, partially because no one would actually care to drug test people in a city where crime is not just an everyday thing but an every minute thing, and partially because the only reason you lose education progress over drugs is if you become addicted enough for the one teaching to have a problem with it.

Not every new person has a dumb idea but there are some where you really need to learn how the game works before suggesting things like this.
