If there's no way to raise other than the one amount at a time, it would be nice to be able to either enter in a total to bet, or have a sliding scale by $5 or $10 increments for the lower and relative amounts for the higher buy in tables. Or even choose based on the buy in (2x, 4x, 6x BB etc)
It gets tedious to raise from $20 to $30. Then raise to $40. Then to $50 all the way up etc.
