[SCRIPT] Torn Notepad++

Introducing the advanced notebook, with formatting such as bold, italic, underlined and coloured fonts. With the "code" tab however, you could write in nearly any HTML from tables to pretty pictures (disabled by default). You can customize what menu's are shown on line 38, I whipped this up in an hour so don't expect anything elegant, enjoy :)
