    Ched has made this so much easier now as everyone is listed by CE - (crime experience). The players with the most CE, that should go in the harder OC's will be at the top of the list...

This, and from that just start to learn the members of your faction. What fails and what doesn’t. It’s a learning thing based on members (conveniently sorted by crime experience)
